Marabut tents are covered by a 3-year guarantee. Any faults resulting from the quality of materials and workmanship that occur within this period will be removed free of charge.

We recommend registering purchased tents via our on-line form.
Every Marabut tent its own unique ID number. It enables us to fully identify the tent. We can trace the date of its production and employees responsible for the manufacturing process. ID number may be found on the flysheet and on the tent bag. In case of losing the guarantee card, we would be still able to identify your tent.
